This page covers the marketing site at thehockeyanalytics.com and waitlist signup for The Brief. We keep the data we collect minimal and purpose-bound.

What we collect. If you join the waitlist we store your email address and optional context you submit (for example referral code or role). If you email us we keep the correspondence needed to reply. The site also uses first-party analytics (Umami and PostHog) to understand aggregate page usage; we do not sell personal data.

Why. Waitlist emails are used to send Founding 100 / Brief availability messages and connect instructions. Analytics help us improve the site. Contact emails are used only to respond to your request.

Retention & rights. You can ask us to delete or correct your waitlist email at any time by writing to contact@thehockeyanalytics.com. EU/EEA visitors may also request access or restriction where applicable under GDPR.

Processors. Hosting is on Vercel. Waitlist workflow may use Linear issues as an operational inbox. Analytics providers process event data under their agreements with us.

AI crawlers. Public research and product pages may be crawled for search and citation. See llms.txt and ai-training.json. Training opt-out requests: mailto contact above.
